We had the absolute best experience working with Dawn and Gayl! We met them by chance when we walked by an open house and decided to take a quick look. This look led us to falling in love with the house and wanting to put in an offer. Through the expertise of Dawn and Gayl, we were able to obtain pre approval and put in an offer (which was accepted!) in a matter of hours. They guided us throughout the entire process and kept us informed. They took the stress of buying a house and selling a house at the same time away from us. The process was smooth from start to finish! They also provided recommendations for movers, cleaners, etc. which was extremely helpful.
